Not only providing center turning solution, but also assisting customers in integrating and providing customized auto-loading / unloading system and auto-gauging. This ensures that all automation controllers are linked to the machine controller. A single machine can control all the movements. Machining + auto-loading / unloading + auto-gauging = all in one Fastcut machine.
A spindle with in-built hydraulic chuck is installed in the center of the machine bed and two independent tooling systems are installed on the right and left side of the spindle. The machine can turn two ends of parts simultaneously to achieve precise concentricity.
Our continuously developed center spindle units have two built-in actuators that control two different chucks. This enables two parts to be clamped and aligned on the same spindle. This very efficient production machine uses less floor space and also consumes less energy.
The Polygon milling machine was the first of the “Fastcut” products and we have continued to manufacture this type of machine for more than 30 years. The turning ration between the rotation speed of the spindle and the cutter head, and the number of inserts mounted on head, allows the turn-milling of multi-surface parts to be achieved in the shortest time.
Our application engineering department helps our customer with the design of clamping fixtures and the optimization of the turning process. We have also designed automated turning lines to connect different operations.
